GWG....for whatever reason and at this point top lost in time to be your fault or something anyone can overcome...can you take a day or so privately and ask yourself of this is worth it? Interesting how quickly Mark Nejame got on this case to represent Apperson. This is the same attorney that George Zimmerman first went to. Bernie Goetz repeatedly rode the subway looking for an opportunity to 'defend himself'. Meaning that in a way he caused/looked for the confrontation that led to the shooting. In that way I thought it was on point. Also I think you completely missed the tone. The previous poster asked how it would be illegal to shoot someone in self defense. Goetz was on point in that regard. He was charged and tried.
