Please let DeGrom (4-4, 3.21 ERA) be the stopper! He is opposed by Jaime Garcia, who is starting for the first time since undergoing thoracic outlet surgery in July.

If he doesn't work out, maybe the Cardinals would be willing to take one of Niese/Gee/Colon out of our hands as their no 5 starter for their stretch run?

Look at all these studs the Mets have and assume they can get a Matz or a Syndergaard. When Sandy says Gee is available it's such a major letdown they fail to even see the value in what's there. Probably come off feeling the Mets are greedy bastards. Lol.

Basically a journeyman knuckleballer in his late thirties coming off a career year. I still surprised Sandy got so much for him at that age.

Supposedly his mechanics are fantastic for his size. He's very intriguing. He along with Molina (assuming he doesn't need TJ) are 2 and 3 on my personal "best pitching prospects in the system"

Ive been following. Whats done is done. Not trying to stir anything up but I think that whole LOOGY thing was way overblown. Gilmartin has been pretty good. Leathersich looks pretty good. Thats all Ill say.
