Tuesday night I had the chance to hear Temple Owls Head Coach Matt Rhule address 58 of Maryland's up and coming high school football players. Rhule was an asst. oline coach for Big Blue in 2012.
What an amazing speaker. He talked specifically about Eli, Victor Cruz, JPP and Chris Snee.
Talked about how Cruz was the first one in the building and the last to leave. He would try and beat Cruz into the facility everyday. When he finally did at 5:15 AM, the next day, VC was there at 4:45.
Said JPP works his butt off in the weight room.
Talked about how Chris Snee watched more film then most QB's he ever saw
Talked about how Eli built relationships with each teammate and knew the strengths and weaknesses of everyone around him individually.
He had a great message to high school players and focused on hard work and good attitudes.
