like this are extremely premature. Many players, including high round picks, struggle as rookies. I'm not even ready to call Manziel a bust. Need three years IMO before making such a determination.
LOL, so now we have to wait until 3 years but Reese picks
AP Defensive Rookie of the Year: Aaron Donald was my first pick, Ebron was not even on the radar. Had Cody Latimer in the second round, not sure how well Latimer did last season?
...meanwhile, the guy has bad hands and his athleticism is nothing special. He way end up to be a good player, but no way was he a top 10 pick in that stocked draft.

Personally I wanted Martin with pick 12 followed by Aaron Donald. I am glad I am not the GM. It is way too early to call any of these guys busts. Ebron's performance last year was worrisome because he was at least expected to make a few big plays especially with all the attention paid to Calvin Johnson and the addition of Golden Tate. He averaged less than 10 yards a reception and didn't have a single game with more than 38 yards last year and only had more than 30 yards receiving 3 times. Add in the fact that he is a poor blocker and the Lions have to be concerned.
If Detroit took OBj, would Reese have gone for him?
I doubt it. No one knew just how disruptive to a defense OBJ would be until he actually started playing in the NFL. In a league where he should have been schooled last year as a rookie, he made veteran players look lost out there.
I wanted Aaron Donald. A few days after the Beckham pick I had seen quite a bit of video on him. I was impressed and happy they took him. Both guys had great rookie seasons but OBJ was better.
And those Ebron fanboys who were going hard for that pick. The BBI draft gurus
No joke!
Anybody remember Eli's rookie season?

Ebron? Fleener before that? C'mon.
