I took this week off from work with no intentions going anywhere. I kind of want to vist a city, but having a difficult decision deciding where. Denver or Austin? Anything big going on in those cities this week?
A great town. Tons of local breweries. Lots of good bars. Good food. Great outdoors stuff not far away. And hundreds of shops to just walk in and get some of the best buds and edibles in the world!
Better destination city, more to do, weather probably nicer now too. Mountain biking, golf, tennis, is it too cold for the river? And of course, weed is legal in Colorado.
Otherwise I would have recommended Austin. Lake Travis in the weeks following UT finishing up classes is breathtaking.
