Need Feedback on BBI Ad Issue with iPhone/Droid users

The first fix seemed to help some, but not all.

The second fix seemed to make things worse.

We went back to the first fix and are looking for more feedback.

Could be we are dealing one problematic ad too so if you notice an issue only with one ad showing, please let me know (1) is it the top 300x250 ad or bottom, and (2) what ad? (URL for the ad would help)

I'm seeing now on a Droid is that it looks fine except the subject line for each individual post has a very large font.

Is that a new issue? (I don't use Droids or iPhones)

a Kindle, the first fix is now putting the ads at the bottom of a thread...I'm not crazy about that.

on Kindle it works, but on iPad mini it puts the ads at the bottom.

what is it doing now? And if you still see the same problem, covering up what?

(The original problem we were trying to fix is people said that the text had been changed to only a few words per line).

I don't see this problem anymore.

Issues with ads as previously. Nexus 5 phone. Haven't checked recently on my computer though.

I get two ads at the bottom of the page (Randolph Macon College and Game of War).

Galaxy Tab is fine as is desktop.

Eric, it is a new issue for the S4. And it's now happening on my Galaxy Tab 4 as well.

I was getting this too on my Windows desktop. I adjusted my script blocker (NoScript) to allow additional scripts and the extra white space went away.

Status: desktop = perfect. iPad = perfect. Galaxy S4 = still 2 ads at the bottom of the page.

Just have an Acer smart phone and at times there's an ad atop of the page and it causes the page to get really out of whack. It causes each line to be separate from each other. For example:

It
looks
like
this.
Including
the
subject
line.

It doesn't always do it, so I assumed it was a specific ad.

Try testing the site on www.mobiletest.me. It allows you to test the site on most mobile devices and tablets and you can setup a free account. Hope this helps.

On the phones on that site, it looks like the original post only has a few words per line, but the rest of the posts are OK.

However, I don't see that issue on the Droid my wife has and I think other phone users aren't seen that issue anymore.

I've seen that spinning ad a lot recently and it's annoying, but I haven't seen the pop-up at all. Are you saying there is a pop-up associated with it on your device? What device are you using? I'll test it on my end using that site branch sent me.

and this post isn't likely to help because it appears to be happening randomly and intermittently. Happens on lots of different ads but sometimes the same ads load in the right hand margin unobtrusively as they used to.
