I'm with Verizon and won't expand much regarding my past 6 months only to say I had a Galaxy= died, and a replacement- died also.
Now this, died in its sleep.
So, when I walk into Verizon today, how much BS am i going to go through to have one of them go in the back and get me a brand new phone or do I have to play this game where they send me/factory replacement via FedEx.
I have the insurance and am on the edge program.
Part of me wants to walk in there and act as a customer who is interested in the Iphone 6 and ask a bunch of questions leading up to, so, if it breaks, do you folks simply replace it with a brand new phone, or a replacement via FedEx?
Three fucking phones within six months just dying?
But have them run diagnostics on your old phone. Sounds like you may have a corrupted software program running in the background and it's killing the phone. That was my issue.
Good luck.
May your shitty iPhone RIP.
Apple doesn't allow the wireless companies to put software on their phones.
How do you come to that conclusion? I can't see how any app could cause physical damage to a phone. This is hardware failure.
The dozen or so years before this these episodes, not one problem with any phone.
The original galaxy just died after charging in early Oct. The replacement, died down here in Florida in Mid April, same issue, different charger at the office.
This one, I was on the phone with my manager last night, and poof...dead.
Unfuckingbelievable.
Not that it's highly likely but this is an odd one if not just 3 random bad luck units
I definitely was scared that when they opened the phone up, they'd find a tiny insignificant droplet of water damage on something and blame the entire failure of the phone on this, screwing me in the process.
Luckily this never happened. They said it was the phone and I got a brand new one that day.
