Hey guys, one more Home Improvement question - I have a deck extending from the second floor of our townhouse. The flooring wood is kind of red but looks like the red paint has about 50% peeled away.
What would be a good recommendation for a sealer/stainer? I've read oil based is the best, but has drawbacks such as mold growth and toxicity if you go barefoot. Water based doesn't last as long.
My dad recommends Olympic Redwoord Stain, but reviews on that are iffy.
Anyone have any good advice and/or recommendations?
