Robert Ayers getting work with trainers on the side. George Selvie and Kerry Wynn flipping sides at DE with 1s.
Safety Nat Berhe is NOT participating in OTAs today. He is off on the side riding the stationary bike. The nature of his injury is unclear. #nyg #giants #NFL
are turning to Diehl and Snee for guidance. Do we lack veteran leadership on the line currently or is this just a case of getting help from wherever one can?

Well, who's the veteran on the offensive line? There aren't any.

a 298lb C and LG at 301lb is not very encouraging. I would have hoped they would be in the 310-315 range by now.
I wouldn't put too much credence in those weights. Giants seem to keep original weights for vets. Look at Moore, he said he is up to 256, Giants continue to list him as 250.
Q: How would you characterize [Justin] Pugh at guard, an experiment or something permanent?
A: I think it is an attempt to take advantage of a very versatile, gifted athlete. I guess experiment would be a word you could say because he hasnt played there. We moved him there with the full intent that he would be able to play there. Do we have to take another look? Perhaps.

Just think Taylor could be a really good player especially with his size.

Corey Washington seems to be getting substantial time working with Eli Manning's unit in 11v11 today.
Here at Giants OTAs where DE Robert Ayers is walking slowly to the locker room after suffering a leg injury.

That'll get him benched for sure.
Ayers taking a very slow walk away from the field, flexing his left knee. Finally gets carted off.

He's been solid. Prince, DRC, McBride, Collins, Taylor. This is a good top 5 DBs.
Ryan Nassib hits Julian Talley with a nice pass across the middle during 7-on-7 drill. #NYG
Nassib just threw a duck that was picked off by M. Thompson. Ball intended for Parker.

From left to right, Giants OL during this 11v11: Flowers, Pugh, Richburgh, Schwartz, Marshall Newhouse.
Good to see Schwartz's name up there.
Does Odell Beckham feel jinxed now that he's the Madden cover boy? "I don't know what a jinx is," he said.

Sounds like Will Beatty was benching in the upper 300s when he got hurt. Second rep.
Damontre Moore said Spags' system is more similar to what he played at Texas A&M. If given oppty, he believes he will thrive.
Damontre Moore is up to 256 lbs. Was at 248 last year. Dropped his body fat too.
Justin Pugh says he plans on working with Chris Snee in his transition to guard. They've already spoken.

him adding weight is great news.
Eric, when do you usually get the change of weight update?
Victor Cruz says no change in his timetable. He's been running routes for 2 weeks. Giants being cautious, a lot of optimism 4 training camp.
Victor Cruz says he estimates he's about 80 percent coming back from knee surgery. Everything is on schedule.
surprised Pugh and Richburg are still at the same weight...or does it mean you just didn't get an update on some players?
Thanks
