are turning to Diehl and Snee for guidance. Do we lack veteran leadership on the line currently or is this just a case of getting help from wherever one can?

Well, who's the veteran on the offensive line? There aren't any.

a 298lb C and LG at 301lb is not very encouraging. I would have hoped they would be in the 310-315 range by now.
I wouldn't put too much credence in those weights. Giants seem to keep original weights for vets. Look at Moore, he said he is up to 256, Giants continue to list him as 250.
Q: How would you characterize [Justin] Pugh at guard, an experiment or something permanent?
A: I think it is an attempt to take advantage of a very versatile, gifted athlete. I guess ‘experiment’ would be a word you could say because he hasn’t played there. We moved him there with the full intent that he would be able to play there. Do we have to take another look? Perhaps.
Damontre Moore is up to 256 lbs. Was at 248 last year. Dropped his body fat too.
Justin Pugh says he plans on working with Chris Snee in his transition to guard. They've already spoken.

him adding weight is great news.
Eric, when do you usually get the change of weight update?
Victor Cruz says no change in his timetable. He's been running routes for 2 weeks. Giants being cautious, a lot of optimism 4 training camp.
Victor Cruz says he estimates he's about 80 percent coming back from knee surgery. Everything is on schedule.
surprised Pugh and Richburg are still at the same weight...or does it mean you just didn't get an update on some players?
Thanks

Pugh decision to play guard was made before Will Beatty injury. It's to take advantage of unique athlete #GiantsOTA
