Did it for a year. I think my deal was around 70 a month. Its all about the instuctor you get for the class. Some are great, including the owner Mike and Chris ( uptown Hoboken). Some aren't great. Really good workout but I got sick of the very large group classes. May go back at some point.

Your experience will vary based on the location because different' locations have different quality facilities. Some locations have standard gyms for you to do a regular gym workout when you want to do that in addition or instead of a class. Also, different facilities have different schedules that may or may not fit your daily schedule (some locations have a lot of early morning classes, and some are limited). It also depends on the person teaching the class. Some instructors are calling out combinations that are not natural, as if the instructor hasn't thrown those actual combinations at 100% but is instead thinking about cardio.

But, generally, it's what you make of it. If you like punching and kicking a heavy bag, it's a solid fitness option. And it all depends on how much effort you put into each class. Even the "bad" instructors shouldn't prevent you from getting a great workout if you put in the work.
