and I was amazed at his appearance. And that was probably 30 pounds ago from that picture above.

Anybody who can stay strict with a diet and an exercise program to better themselves is getting a thumbs up from me.

1) Great for him. I wish more former players would take this type of care of themselves. It seems more do not.

2) This is probably a good example of how unnaturally large the players are. It is supplements both legal and illegal that keep these guys well over 300 pounds.

3) It is not just the elimination of steroids that gets him down to his current weight. To get into the shape he is in, it probably took more discipline than in his playing days in terms of diet and exercise.

But, do Snee and Diehl have official positions with the team?

This picture reminded me of former Mr.Olympia, Franco Columbo.
When I met Franco, he looked like a normal man in great shape. That's the 1st thing I thought of when I saw Snee.

Snee looks great but that is pretty telling, IMO.

I read an article on him and he said how difficult and un-natural it really is to be a 300lb human who plays football. He said both he and Kalil had to drink high calorie shakes all the time and eat significantly more food to keep weight on.
