Absolutely, because this sort of thing happens ridiculously more often & can kill & maim far greater numbers of people at a time than gun-related deaths & injuries. This story is old news. Just a week ago a woman went berserk in a Walmart & killed 74 customers with a single can of beets before a cop shot her to death. If only all the deceased were armed to the gills they'd be alive today.
