You can make a great case for a lot of changes to immigration policies without the idea that his examples are typical in any way, beyond adding a bunch more people to the country and therefore you will get a variety of outcomes good and bad.

As liberal leaning as I have become, I'm still more against illegal immigration than most. I think anyone entering this country illegally should be at the very minimum, deported. But the way Trump portrayed them was as if most were criminals and rapists, with a few good ones. That's dumb and mean. I think the overwhelming majority are good hard working people, but immigration laws are meaningless and empty if illegals are allowed to stay after being caught.

OK, I deleted my original response. Let me just say instead that he won't make them look any worse in my opinion. There are loads of bright, practical and compassionate GOPers (including right here on BBI), just way too many of the other kind.

Last i heard he still has yet to even submit the filing needed to be an official candidate. Which he won't because all his intention is based on promoting his brand more then anything else

The may not have the legal right to sever their relationship. So regardless of one's feelings on Trump and what a scumbag he generally is he may have the right to say what he wants and NBC breaking a valid contract without cause may be an issue.

Trump may very well be within his rights to sue. He may also have a good case to get big $$$ as a late cancellation of TV rights most likely would result in a large financial loss.

NBC Universal is such a nice, conscientious company.
