Get for Philly there is Stauskus.
AND a protected first rounder AND the right to swap first rounders in two drafts.
Fuck. Philly is going to be absolutely sick. Imagine if they draft Ben Simmons next year.
D'Alessandro left the Kings for a front-office job with the Denver Nuggets two weeks ago. Around the draft, several front-office executives and player agents expressed frustration about dealing with Divac on instances involving the trading and drafting of players. Today's Daily News has an article on FA Day #1 & in it talks to Melo at a Red Bulls game in NJ. "We haven't heard anything yet on the Knicks.I'm waiting for my phone to go off right now so I can hear some good news, but it's a waiting game. You see guys are signing up early right now and I think this free agency will be done in a short time" So why is he in NJ when other superstar(s) are completely involved in the recruiting process? Does Phil think he'd be a deterrent?

If you're scoring at home the Sixers have the following assets of value:
Embiid, Okafor (star potential)
Noel (all-star potential)
Stauskas, Saric (harder to project)
Covington, Hollis Thompson (cheap & signed for years)
Sixteen draft picks in the next four drafts, including eight 1st rounders and two "pick-swaps" (which increase the lottery odds)
Whether you agree with the premise of tanking or otherwise, the Sixers have are not half-assing this rebuild
He's a 21 year old that was picked 8th in last year's draft..I'd say he at least has a chance to lead a productive career.
