Highlights video for today. Keith Hamilton - "The Hammer"

Bobby Humphrey's Earpad : 7/3/2015 10:58 am
courtesy of the great john Smith. Hamilton was a great DT, just a menace. When he hits these QBs, they take a beating.

one of my all-time favorite Giants, and relatively unsung for all his power, ferocity, and effectiveness.

And I still curse the linesman who called the non-existent hold on KH on the interception (and return) against the Ravens in SB ('00?), just a killer call, and dead wrong
To Quote the Great Isaac Hayes

He's one Bad Motherf&$ker!! The Hammer ways one of the best DT's in Giants History! Never got the full credit he deserved! Thanks for the video.
That illustrates the importance of an inside pass rush.

We got it from Hamilton, then later from Fred Robbins and now we get it from Hankins.
Been watching his son play at Rutgers

He's a preseason 2nd team All-B1G DT. Unfortunately he doesn't have his fathers size, only about 265-270, but he's incredibly quick for an interior lineman.

One of my all time favorites. A real tough guy, was the heart and soul of that defense.
I liked Joe Thiesmann's praise for Hammer.

'Every year he plays at a Pro-Bowl level, yet never gets picked'.
Easily one of my favorite all time Giants

I just watched that link, then thought of how overrated Warren Sapp was....in my eyes. Yikes. If that HOF YouTube is the best he's got. It's not close. Not sure how to link, but it was the only Sapp high
Ights YouTube I could find. Check it out. Lots of dancing though.
Thanks for the clip

Very explosive for such a big body, what a beast he was.. And rewatching that clip makes you think of how underrated too. Love the swagger the Hammer brought, he'd be a stud in todays game no doubt.
Didn't watch the vid
