Odell Beckham Jr.: ODELL BECKHAM JR BLOG
"I’ve got big goals and visions for 2015. My plan is to be hoisting up that trophy at the end of the year. I’ve always been on great teams; I’ve just never been able to put that last piece together. So that’s the goal really, to finish the year off with a Super Bowl victory and to give me that peace of mind.
I’m going to follow Eli every single day. He knows what it takes to get there. He’s been there twice. Super Bowl MVP twice. There are so many things I can learn from him. His work ethic and his mental toughness are second to none. He knows what it takes to win, and that’s something I want.
Last year definitely won’t leave me. I don’t think it really could. Having your life change so fast and having to change so fast, it all came in a hurry. I’ll never change the way I play and the passion that I have for the game. It’s something that I’ll work on, but it’s so hard to control your emotions around something you truly love. I think my tenacity and a passion for the game has really helped me through the years. Looking forward to putting this hard work and training to use come game time. See yall out there."
Tucker SOE: BEYOND THE GAME
The common perception is that a large percentage of NFL players are bad people and that the league is a factory just chewing these guys up and spitting them out when their talent can no longer provide it with value. I believe that perception is wrong. http://www.sportsonearth.com/article/137987980/nfl-player-programs-life-after-the-game
