Anyone know what to expect Saturday afternoon/evening between Baltimore and Washington on 95? Or should I swing out 78/81 south?

Saturday afternoon between Baltimore and DC.

Between DC and Richmond will be another story.

Planning on hitting a hotel right after Was. Will hit that stretch Sunday am.

Between DC and Richmond seems to be always crowded

I come back from Richmond on a cold Sunday morning in April and 95 was so bad I went over to 301.
