Other than a Ace. But I did not want the Yanks to over pay. Wonder what KC is giving up?

Manaea came into the season a top-100 prospect but has struggled this year.

and that there were a lot of teams in on Zobrist, they probably gave up something good.

I saw Manaea pitch on July 4th- I came away wondering what all the fuss was about. I sat in the front row- probably 30 feet from home plate- and had a clear view of him. His command was not good and he was NOT throwing hard. I was more impressed with the reliever who followed him.

He's a solid player

Not exactly a difference maker though. But good for the Royals for going for it this year.
