Jets fans fly “Cheaters” banner over Patriots training camp

No longer content to advocate for the firing of their own General Manager, a group of Jets fans have broadened their horizons.
A plane dragging a banner reading “Cheaters Look Up! @JetsFanMedia” is currently flying over Patriots practice at the team facility during their first day of training camp, heckling them for the #DeflateGate penalties.
While that’s apparently a different group than the guys who had “Fire John Idzik” banners flown over Jets practice, the fact all Jets fans share an affinity for airborne advertising is a charming show of solidarity.
Of course, the shame of it all is that coach Bill Belichick has already talked to reporters before practice, so we don’t get a chance for him to tell us the plane “has already been addressed.”

I am no Jets fan but if a giants fan did this would you call the Giants a JV operation? How is it on the Jets for doing this?

Have you ever seen a fan base more starved for attention then the Jets fans. The Pats are perrenial Super Bowl Contenders and you do this why?

I have no use for Jets' fans..Never have..I did smile a little when I first read this earlier in the morning, however.:)

Its low class, so yes. If I BBIer did it he/she would be ripped apart for it. And while its not on the Jets themselves that did it, that organization breeded this culture. Its embarrassing.
Except, these were Giants fans talking to their own team..And, they were heroes..Mara the elder said this affected him personally very much and spurred him on to make changes(even if Rozelle had to step in)..

Haha dude.. one lunatic Giants fan dragging an Eagle through a parking lot, an action that said lunatic would do whether or not the eagles are 16-0 and 0-16, is far different from chartering a plane and flying a message over a practice field that has relevance to the team's current plight.
Wold some people say it's still dumb? Yeah for sure, but that's going to happen when any large, diverse group of people have an opportunity to form an opinion. I believe that the majority of Giants fans would eat that shit up and love it.

I think you underestimate Giants fans in general and this board in particular..So we'll agree to disagree..
It's a different sports world today..For example, I thought Strahan's Ballin' was silly and I squirmed in my seat whenever this HOFer did, BUT it seems that most fans ate it up..
