A: I think we’ll get it done at some point in time. We’re just going through the usual things that you go through. The agent asks for the moon, we make a reasonable offer, and at some point he’ll come to his senses and we’ll reach an agreement. There’s nothing unusual about this.

The thing that I use to measure a player or a coach is not so much their current ability level as much as it is their attitude about their profession. You'd think TC being a coach as long as he has and with all the playing and coaching experience might slow down a little a ride on what he knows. That's not Tom. Tom is constantly trying to improve himself, to raise his bar so that he can be better at helping the players raise their bar. We are so very lucky to have a man like TC leading our team.
