1hr before the draft?

I have not ran a league in a few years but one of the money leagues I am in that started last year the owner says he cannot change the keeper date from 1hr before the draft to anything else.

You set the keeper date separately. Only the league manager can do this. I set ours 1 week prior.

Is that for a online draft? He still says he can't do it?

In the other league I am in we can do it, but that is an offline draft.
