Short version as its late.
The good
Cornerbacks played well: Wade, McBride, DRC all had good moments.
Pass rush improved. OO and Damaonster are disruptive.
Linebackers players are much better than we have seen in awhile. JT Thomas and Kennard look to be legit and I like what I saw from Unga.
Bromley and Hendricks continue to impress.
Nassib looks like he is getting better and can play if needed.
Looks like we now have 4 offensive linemen and Newhouse was not terrible.
Gettis and Hart continue to play well with seconds
Reynolds is better than he was
The receivers came on and looked good. Jones, Harris, and the UConn kid stood out.
Hunt looks good and Darkqua continues to impress.
Kicker is solid
The Bad
Washington and Parker had moments, but may be in trouble.
Kuhn looked terrible
Safeties need a lot of work. Slow to come up. Poor recognition.
Eli was not sharp
Donnell still looks like a fumble waiting to happen
O-line coordination still needs work - but was better.
The JPP of TEs was like JPP - MIA.
Kick coverage was inconsistent.
Punt returns were horrible
The Ugly
Injuries, injuries, injuries.
I am a big Moore fan but I wouldn't put him under the good category either. He had a sack. He also was quiet for a lot of plays. It is great experience for him which he needs. He gets too much into the chest of the OT. Hes not going to win those battles. He has to attack a shoulder. He is squaring up with the OT too much making the block that much easier for them. He has to make the OT turn their hips.
So getting pushed backward on one play means he played poorly?
The bad, Reese. He doesn't seem capable of building a complete roster.
The ugly. You would think that since they are in the second year of this new offense they wouldn't look like they are still cutting their teeth. Let's face it, the defense is a major concern and to see the offense tripping over itself the way the are it could be a another long disappointing season.

You do realize that we are hardly running an offense out there, right? They've hardly installed the playbook, this is a vanilla offense right now.
They need to play like their hair is on fire because let's be clear here, the Eagles look they mean business and the way things are shaping up it would appear the Giants are going to need the offense to carry this team.
To those that ascribe to the 'vanilla offense' theory, do you believe the Giants are the only team that goes with that approach? Serious question.
Quote:
I saw him get driven right back into QB and also beaten around the edge pretty good.
So getting pushed backward on one play means he played poorly?
Well, one, I asked a question. Two, i pointed out two plays that I noticed a negative play for him. Three,I wasn't focused on him which was why I asked the question.
So, does not supplying any evidence suggest he played well other than just saying he did?
I said Newhouse was not terrible. He allowed pressure but managed to hold his man out. 7 step drops will be tough for him unless he gets help.tposition
I didn't see negatives with McBride but may have missed them.

If you rewatch the game, watch the series after those three straight good plays from him. He was very inconsistent. Sometimes, like the three plays in a row, he knew his assignment and played great technique. Others he seemed to lack one of those two things. I have to rewatch it again myself.

Yes, one of my biggest pet peeves, the "no game plan" excuse. They still need to execute the plays that are called, beat their man in individual matchups. No one gives a crap about the score, but you have to be able to complete a pass or block your man.
Beason made a nice play to prevent a TD in the end zone; foot speed looked fine there?!
