We've had a thread on how many movies people watch per year and how many books people read per year. Since it'll be hard to say how many hours/days a person workout per year, let's make it a week. Then we can all brag about how much we workout and shit.
So I workout on average five hours per week with maybe 45 min to 1 hour per session. But I also eat like I'm 20...so I think I'm pretty much on a losing battle...:(

I'm all about promoting population control anyway I can. So you're welcome.
Probably better than burning them in their huts?
I would be dead if I did that
I would be dead if I did that
I was like damn! Haha
Cardio fast pace walking and swimming
4-7 hours of JiuJitsu and 3-4 hours in the gym.
The issue is that too many people think going to the gym is exercising. Not always. Especially the big muscle bound guys who can do 5 pull ups.
Unfortunately, since July 11th I have had pneumonia and I sprained my ankle so I haven't been able to come close to those recently due to either a lack of lung capacity (which has finally cleared up) or an inability to even perform the movements (Squat and Bench since early August).
Soon though, just deadlifted for the first time today since late July and it went ok. Hopefully I can up the volume again soon.
My lifting is completed in about 35 minutes for each session. I superset everything in a "push/pull" manner, never stopping during the entire workout.(makes them aerobic workouts as well as resistance)
I ride my bike either two or three days per week between an hour and fifteen minutes and two and a half hours per ride. Those rides are probably 40% aerobic and 30% lactate threshold.
I've lost 40 pounds doing that, including watching what I eat, in about 5 months at 56 years old
Today's workout was basically five rounds of 115lb clean and press (10 reps) immediately followed by 120 yards of farmers walk/run (55lb and 45lb kettlebells) and burpees (10 reps). Then abs. It was quick and painful...and way south of an hour.
