I bring this question up because of the just-in verdict in the Owen Labrie case in New Hampshire.
For those unaware, a then 18 year old student at a prep school in New Hampshire was just found guilty of several statutory sexual contact misdemeanors and one felony luring of a minor over the computer charge after having sex with a 15 year old freshman at the school. He was acquitted of the serious rape felonies. Essentially, she said she didn't consent, he said they only fooled around and didn't even have sex. It was all part of a sex competition between the senior boys at the school. You can all Google this and find out more.
Anyway, my question is this. In New Hampshire, the age of consent is 16. I think that's the right age for it. But, I always struggle with the idea of two students in the same school being unable to have sex, assuming it was consensual. We treat the 15 year old and the 18 year old the same by having them in the same school, but there is a fundamental difference in those two ages, based on the legal code. Maybe the freshman age group doesn't belong in high schools, but rather middle schools. High school students are not mature and will make terrible mistakes. This could eliminate one such potential mistake.
Should a high school student, let's say 18 years old, face statutory rape charges on one of his peers in the same school? Again, if she says no, it's a no brainer. But, this is like the Marcus Dixon case. Should high school students face the same types of charges as real adults in these sexual assault cases?
You said it bro. And eating pizza from a known high school jism depository is even more repellent. Don't order the extra cheese pie.
What did they want you to do, station an employee in there on kid sex patrol??
I get those kids will be...skipping detention..
LMAO.... Rusty Trombone!
So, the girls on occasion would offer money to the boys to let them get a BJ.
Imagine that...

Huh? Why would a girl have to offer money? If a girl said "can I blow you?", wouldn't 99% of the guys have their pants around their ankles before she even finished the sentence?
As a father of three daughters that law needs to be enforced much tighter. Jail or the death penalty is getting off easy in my book for anyone who puts their hands on my daughters consensual or not.
I did and thought someone might've said or posted something that shouldn't
I can not remember
What made us think that we were wise and we'd never compromise
For the life of me
I can not believe we'd ever die
For these sins
We were merely freshmen
A lotta sick freaks on this site

Yup. It's going up by a thousand every few minutes. Apparently Jared Fogle still has internet access.
People are fucked up.

+1
Although we had a senior lax goalie named Sartorius that was nicknamed Statitorius because his girlfriend was a freshman.
This might be might greatest achievement on BBI. I'm both proud and sad.

I think you should delete the thread, really. It's creepy.
I normally am more cautious than that.
They were boning college dudes. What senior girls in your high school were macking it with 10th grade boys? Talk about losers...
Only 4 weeks left in BBBI Contribution Campaign!!!
