He's got 6 more regular season starts, so assuming he averages 6 innings per start, that adds up to 36 more innings, which means he'll throw 164 for the season. It would be awesome to get away with it because they wouldn't need any innings cap on him next year either
The Jays have the best run differential in MLB by a big margin and did even before the trade deadline.
If anything, this ridiculous stretch they've been on may actually be the "correction."
