Other possible moves would include place Herzlich on IR for concussion (if the Giants like Simpson or Farrand better).
As much as I would like to see Kuhn gone, he offers better depth than the DTs cut above, and therefore sticks for another week or more.
Other injured Giants to look out for include CB Gordy (hip) and OL Hart (ankle) as possible moves depending on severity. In both cases I hope the injuries are not severe enough to warrant IR.
This does not include any roster moves for the anticipate signing of a new DB such as Brown or Dowling.

Stanzi won't get cut in first cuts because you need a third QB to play the last preseason game since Eli will probably not play (or play only one series) and you need cover for Nassib
Another note about safeties: if the Giants intend to designate Nat Berhe to return from IR, he has to be on the 53-man roster.
