One of the only cities in the world that would actually turn a profit from the Games since all the infrastructure is in place. This is pending approval by the LA city council, but that won't be a problem considering how successful LA's been historically as an Olympic city

All they'd need to do is refurbish the Coliseum which has held up remarkably for a large stadium almost 100 years old. USC has done a terrific job keeping the old Coliseum in good shape.
As for the rest of the infrastructure, most of the summer Olympic athletes train in SoCal anyway because the best facilities are there
