I stumbled across a band that calls itself Eli and the Mannings today on Spotify. Their music appears to be largely improvised and some of it is pretty raw, but they've got a few songs about their namesake, Eli. One is called "Ode to Eli" (linked below) and the other is called "Eli Manning: The Lizard King".
