Safety Stevie Brown, playing alongside safety Landon Collins, intercepted a pass from quarterback Ricky Stanzi intended for tight end Will Tye and returned it for a touchdown.
Stevie Brown and Landon Collins are the safeties and one of them intercept a Romo pass intended for Jason Witten....
you know what? this board should be shut down in the offseason. I hope you guys get rainbow colored skies every day in your normal lives, beacuse obviously following offseason reports make you very cranky, whether its good or bad.
Hey maybe the two full seasons removed from knee surgery thing
Will rear its head with Stevie brown. I believe he got hurt in 2013 came back 2014 here and played like shit, which would make 2015 his second full year removed from surgery. He was never that good but he did have a nose for the football in 2012... A team could do worse than having a guy like that who can at least seek out and catch the errant pass. if he got back to his peak performance level here..... Could be worse..
I'm hoping Taylor stays healthy enough to stick at FS so Collins can play SS and the professional liabilities that are Brown and Merriweather warm the bench. Now that's a dream!
I really feel for Beason. In the last 6 months the following has happened to me: broken fibula (drunk), broken rib playing no contact football (incidental contact), and then 2 weeks after the rib healed I broke it again in a completely different spot playing hockey. That is an amazingly shitty stretch for a guy who mainly sits behind a computer all day, so I can only imagine how Beason feels.
Lookup his tackling stats as a senior before he got hurt ... This guy is a football player. I'm tired of reading about athleticism, measurable and potential. We need guys like Unga who read, react, hit and just play football. Contrast him with Kuhn who did nothing in college and less yet in the nfl.

Actually some of them get much worse when the games start. You'll see calls for TC's head and Reese to be fired after the very first bad play of the first game.
Q: Has the team ever gotten to the point with JPP where they have examined his hand?
A: No.
Outstanding. That Mosley and Hermann were cut pretty much confirms Hart is making it.

I'm dreaming...
I don't get it.
Sure I want to see Taylor & Collins shine, but I disagree, Merriweather & Brown are not yesterday's smelly trash.
If you want to talk about .....
Unga is faster to the ball better in coverage and if he can call the defense and get players lined up that could go along way in him making the team
