that will be thrown around here for the next 2 weeks will be dizzy'ing ... the likelihood that anyone else is bought in at this point is very slim ... it was said yesterday, there is reason other teams let these guys go to, as we let our own guys go in 1st rd. of cuts ...
Jennings is a player they scouted heavily for the draft

That's not how it works..If you're razor thin in an area and you can find an upgrade(even for a year) over what you have, you explore it..The Giants always explore..They don't have to be what they were, just better than what you have..
But the speculation is that he'll go play for his former coach, Lovie Smith in Chicago,
If I were the Giants, I'd be looking at any and every cut DB in the league. The odds are 50-50 the could be better than some of the DBs currently on the Giants. Or just HEALTHIER than those currently on the Giants.

Taylor missed four straight games before returning to play last Thursday against Cincinnati. His presence helped the Browns turn around what had been a struggling run defense. His loss would be a significant blow to a defensive line that has experienced a spate of injuries this season.

Agree. Although not much of a pass rusher, Taylor is known as a run stuffer who eats up blockers allowing the LBs to make plays. Based on what I've read, the Brown's wanted to keep him, but are releasing him because Danny Shelton will be starting, he is coming off a knee injury, and he has a cap value of $5.5M. IMO, if his knee is healed, he is worth a look; the team could always use another run stuffer.
could be a Fred Robbins type pickup, as he adds some size and strength to the middle of the Dline. He doesn't need to be a star, he just needs to be a good run down player and keep Beason and the LB's somewhat clean.
I would be happy with him being signed but who knows what the Giants staff and front office is thinking right now.
of the cuts on Saturday will be better than the last 10 on our final 53, let alone the 22 that have to be cut to get to 53.
Almost 700 players to be cut, 100+/- possibilities by my math.
Grab what we can, dump the whoevers.
And I think we should dump both JPPs; the real and the ...of TEs.

at a certain position will be cutting very usefull guys. Interested to see who the Cowboys will drop at OL. There is definetely some talent after the starters over there.
This is not a Pro Bowler, but he would be better at RT than anyone we currently have behind the starter. In addition, he has experience at all o-line positions but C.
They aren't cutting Mackenzy Bernadeau or La'el Collins. Behind the starters and those two, whom do you covet? Are their #8 through #10 guys really any better than ours? Can anyone even name them?
"The Giants roster sucks so all of these guys are better"...
Waiver wire pickups this time of year can certainly contribute, and being that the season is just looming on us, its fun to check out whats out there.
Who would have thought Madison Hedgecock would come in and cement the fullback position on a championship team that saw Rueben Droughns play the position because Jim Finn went down?

Kuhn does not like the sound of this.
How does Kuhn not like this? "...a run stuffer who eats up blockers allowing the LBs to make plays" is exactly what his own head coach is saying about him ... no matter who else believes or doesn't believe it.
Phil Taylor (DT, Cleveland) --
Jonathan Dowling (FS, Oakland) --
Ian Wild (S/ILB, Pittsburgh) -
Brandon Fields (P, Miami) --
