NFT: Update on my Southern Barbecue Restaurant in Johnstown NY

It has been a rough, very rough couple of weeks for the restaurant because our investor backed out at the last second for personal reasons. It was just as we were bringing in contractors to fire code the place. We were about to pay for all of the equipment as well. It put us in an extremely difficult position so now we are scrambling to replace the $20,000 he was going to invest. We will certainly keep everyone posted on the new investor search, but unless we find one very quickly it may not come to fruition.

on Main St. We make our own barbecue sauces. We have 8 sauces, 4 hot sauces and 4 glazes.

because I know for a fact that this is going to be a goldmine. I have people from all over the state...hell all over the country, wanting to come and try the food. One way or another I have to get this done.

then maybe you ought to try crowdfunding. Linked is one site that works with restaurants. I have no idea if this one is any good, but crowdfunding can work if you have a convincing business plan.

Perhaps some of those people who want to try your food would put up $50 or $100. It's fun to own a share in something you like, and to help get it started.
