I've really been looking forward to them finally doing this. Can't wait! Here's my best guess on the list,
1) Lawrence Taylor
2) Roosevelt Brown
3) Emlen Tunnell
4) Mel Hein
5) Frank Gifford
6) Sam Huff
7) Andy Robustelli
8) Harry Carson
9) Michael Strahan
10) Eli Manning
Should be split up into 2 shows (Super Bowl and Pre- Super)
After that, it could go many different ways.
2. Preston Parker
3. Matt Dodge
4. Trey Junkin
Do we really have the history for six more?
11 year old me was stoked when we signed him. Like Dodge in 2010, he became the face of that team's collapse.
Of course, the focus in 2003 should have been on the refs.
Matt Allen for not simply falling on the ball and calling timeout
Shaun Williams for his brain-dead personal foul that cost them 15 crucial yards and got him ejected
Johnny Lynn for not doubling TO when he was eating Sehorn alive
Shockey for dropping that touchdown pass
Tiki really has an amazing career resume' but no one wants to hear a word of it because he has such a shitty career narrative with the way things ended. He has a decent case for the hall, but i doubt he ever even makes the round of 15 finalists
#9 is Phil Simms
#7 is Eli
Not denying Huff's place on the list, but I can't stand him because I was born after his career ended, and all I've ever known him as is as a Redskins radio announcer who never did anything but rip the Giants.
I bet Wellington Mara is #1 or #2
Quote:
Or tunnell don't make it? gotta figure one now those 2 strahan, and Taylor are final 3.
I bet Wellington Mara is #1 or #2
They said it is all players. Brown is number 2. LT number 1.
No Tunnell.
#2 is Roosevelt Brown
9 - Phil Simms
8 - Harry Carson
7 - Eli Manning
6 - Sam Huff
5 - Mel Hein
4 - Frank Gifford
3 - Michael Strahan
2 - Roosevelt Brown
1 - Lawrence Taylor
Agreed with Tunnell replacing Simms.
