mike is pissed he is not on the teevee and with mushnick taking his weekly shots its tough times right now for our sports pope.

Most notably his huge ego, treatment of his callers and disregard of anything outside of the mainstream. That said considering the useless fuckwads that do have tv air Mike having a show is a no brainer.

Are you sure you were listening to the right Mike Francesa? I was just driving home listening to WFAN. I heard a fan call and criticize the people who sit behind home plate as not Yankee fans. And, Francesa defended them saying first who decides who is a Yankee fan. Second, he knows some fans who sit behind home plate who have been going to games for over 40 years. Third, the fans sitting there pay for teh food as part of their package. Why wouldn't they eat the fodd?

You want to criticize Mike, fine. But, at least get the facts right.

Were you listening about 30-40 minutes earlier? And for the record, I like Mike. Been a fan since Day 1. Sat in his livingroom once years ago. But he was cranky as hell earlier in the show. And now he's ranting about Facebook and selfies sounding rather geezerish (what do people do with those photos? They out them on Facebook?).

I find it all amusing, that's all. OK? Are we good now?

Dude, you're taking this way too seriously. It's fun to poke fun at Francesa.

I never could understand the simulcast thing. I listen to radio because I like to listen to ahem, radio. If I want to watch television I'll watch television. Why would you want to sit and watch a radio show. Think about it. What are you watching today Joe? Radio. Say what?? Radio. You sit and watch someone on the radio? Yup. You don't listen to it on the radio? Nope.

I mean, WFAN is 90% Yankees/Mets year round. You'd think they'd cater a bit to Giants/Jets talk.

There's nobody on WFAN who does solid Giant analysis. Mike has no clue about Giants roster/front office other than "Tom/Eli good" stance. I find it strange the station has no go-to Giant guy.

I find Dave Rothenberg to be very good. He was discussing Ruben Randle last night. Can you see Mike doing that?
