Texas clinches the AL West. This eliminates the Angels and makes the WC game Yankees vs. Astros
A Houston win and a Yanks loss means the WC game is in Houston.
A Houston loss means the WC game is in the Bronx regardless of what the Yanks do.
The AL WC game winner will almost certainly go to KC the way the scores look because KC looks like they'll beat out Toronto for best record in the AL. Therefore Texas will go to Toronto to start the ALDS while KC waits for the AL WC winner.
Only one thing left to decide in the NL and that is where the WC game will be played; Pittsburgh is one out away from it being played at PNC against the Cubs. We know the Mets start their series in LA and the NL WC winner will go to STL
