And that one loss Giants already had playoff seeding wrapped up. Just stringing Pats along so beating them undefeated in the SB would be that much better.

I love him anyway. He has been going on about how awful our division is. So we beat Bills in Buffalo and Jets lose to Philly at home. I told him I am counting the Jet game as a win. He is still pumped Jets won the Snoopy bowl. It is sad really.

That's kinda tough, as for any other div vs div opponent, since teams within your division have so much familiarity with each other. That's why majority games vs your divison foe is usually close games

2007 regular season? Is so then it shouldn't count as our coaches didn't game plan for that game. They wanted to hold back for next week's playoff game.. We all know what our defense was able to do when we actually game planned for the Pats...

Not sure his Jags years hold up as well.

Although, if you simply define it as against the present-day AFCE (i.e., after the 2002 realignment), you get an extra win. The '02 Jags beat the Jets in their only AFCE game that year.
