Most of them were saying before the season started, that Tannehill has progressed each year and was headed for a great season. I didn't see it and wasn't buying it. They have Cameron Wake who was cut off our practice squad IIRC. He should tear Tannehill apart

The whole Martin Incognitoincident was a huge red flag. The guy isn't a leader or a HC. I have been hard on TC but the guy is in charge period. Philbin acts like he wants to show up and expects the team to run itself. He's supposed to be an offensive guy and he keeps bringing in people to run the offense. Wtf?

Started when let Parcells come in and collect a pay check for putting his guys in charge and doing almost nothing. They had one good season there under Big Bill but the team was never built up and they haven't had a really good long term solution at QB since Marino.

Regarding a promotion to head coach, I consider it a red flag when a coordinator doesn't call the plays for his unit. Philbin didn't call the plays in Green Bay. I didn't really understand the Dolphins giving him a head coaching job when he wasn't even fully responsible and accountable for the Packers offense.
