Need to stream a RB2 since AP and J Stewart are on byes; other starter will be Dion Lewis. Non PPR league.
Who do you think?
Boobie Dixon vs TEN
CJ Spiller vs PHI
Thomas Rawls vs CIN
Dixon and Rawls are stepping in as starters this week, but Rawls is playing a really tough defense. Spiller had a huge TD grab last week to beat DAL but he has hardly gotten any carries this year.
Only others in contention would be Vereen, Riddick, Matthews, Sproles and Talieferro. But none of those really sound worthwhile.
Thanks for any input/suggestions/opinions.
KC hasn't let up a ton to TEs, so probably Crabtree.
Taking a flier on Carrier and starting him against Atlanta and hopefully they are down early.
It's a shame, because in PPr, Reed is very consistent, but also consistently injured.
Delanie Walker
Zach Ertz
Dwayne Allen*
Vernon Davis
Ladarius Green
Josh Hill
Larry Donnell
Coby Fleener*
Heath Miller
Gary Barnridge
Richard Rodgers
Carrier

Who would you pick up?

Barnidge
Someone dropped Dwayne Allen this morning so I have my eye on him when he clears waivers on Thursday. Won't use my #1 claim for him but I'll scoop him up otherwise.
My concern is he's coming off injury and so is Luck, so with the two of them hobbled it could cripple my whole week.
I like Barnridge too, just too scared to start him without seeing some consistency his targets only just increased the past couple weeks.
he's 30 years old not like some rookie just getting a handle on things.
I think I may go Allen and roll the dice.
That's probably the least egregious of the four. Big Ben and Steve Smith? wtf.
it depends on Jordan Reed, he was/is my TE. So I might need one long-term. I drafted Kyle Rudolph and dropped him for Reed a couple weeks ago.

I would pick up Walker. He's my other TE and if healthy gets a high number of targets from Mariota.
anybody have thoughts on buying low for Jimmy Graham? Or is he done?

can I be in your league? Why on earth was Hillman dropped?

Hillman was dropped in my league too, before Sundays game and his long TD run. I was not fortunate enough to get him.

I don't think he's personally done, but in that offense he's just not a good fit IMO. I don't see him having the eye-popping #'s he had in NO, but compared to other TE's he'll be competitive.
I'm most excited about Steve Smith. I needed someone to soidify my WR2 position and he hopefully does that when he comes back. Which should be sooner rather than later.
Sounds fair to me based on who else you have at RB and don't NEED Foster.
I just watched a video on CBS fantasy's site that was not too keen on Rawls, but they said to stash him in case Lynch doesn't make it. I'm going with Dixon.
I'm totally fucked at RB and have to choose between the 2. Andrews has the upside of playing well and coming off a bye, Anderson has played his best games against Oakland, and if he is going to have a game I feel this has to be it. So torn.

Arian Foster?

Sanders would replace Rueben Randle/John Brown, who is playing for Dez.
Foster would be replaced by Dion Lewis, Blount or CJ2K. When Dez comes back I can go three WRs. To me, it comes down to if Dion Lewis is better than Brown/Randle and I think he is.

Anderson. Very hard to run vs Bills.
I am weak at TE with Jordan Cameron and Eric Ebron.
Would it be worth it to trade one of my four WR's (not OBJ) for Jimmy Graham? Will he turn it around or is he stuck as just a complementary piece in that offense?
Pick 2 flex options, ppr:
John Brown @DET
Rueben Randle vs SF
CJ Anderson @ Oak
David Johnson @DET
right now I have the first two.
I could also potentially start CJ Anderson over Gurley at RB, but I think I'm rolling with Gurley the rest of the way if he stays healthy.

I'm with pj on this one. Not sure that's that much of an upgrade.

I'd go CJ and Brown. Gotta think CJ turns it around at least somewhat.
What do people of Julius Thomas when he returns?
What do people of Julius Thomas when he returns?
I think he is exactly what the Jags O needs to take off. The only question is, how long is it going to take him and Bortles to get in sync with each other. That's a big question mark considering they didn't get a ton of work in together before the injury.
I have JT in a bunch of leagues and am hoping that happens sooner than later. Thomas is practicing today without a brace, so at least that's a good start to getting him out on the field on gameday.

I'd swing Fitz for Grahan, but that's it. Marshall is putting up WR1 numbers. Hopkins and OBJ are absolute #1s.
Waivers are cleared so everyone's a FA right now.
I'm thinking of picking up Tevin Coleman and Julius Thomas.
This is my league's waiver wire. Other than that, notable names include Ladarius Greene, Markus Wheaton, and Brian Quick.
I don't get this whole Brian Quick thing. I also think Green has a shot to completely take over for Gates by the end of the year.
Really weak week on the waiver wire.
As it stands now, I'm going to have AJ Green, Kamar Aiken, and Kenny Britt going since literally all of my WRs besides Green are on a bye.
Do you guys think I should drop Britt and go for Ty Montgomery instead? Britt is a huge gamble, he seems to either put up 15+ points or under 5.
I give up Eifert + Yeldon and receive Gronk.
I have Bell, Mccoy, Forsett and Bernard at RB
no brainer right?
DAMNIT!

No brainer. Eifert is definitely solid, but Cincy has so many weapons that he won't be consistent. Besides, it's Gronk.
Truth is that Yeldon very well may be the 2nd best RB in that trade. BUT, I don't think the dropoff from Yeldon to Forsett is as big as the upgrade from Eifert to Gronk.
This is what I get for being asleep at the wheel =(
