Anyone going down to New Orleans game?

ike88nyg : 10/8/2015 7:51 pm
My fiance and I are thinking about going down. We've never been down there before. I hear its an awesome city to visit. Just wondering if anyone could provide any recommendations on restaurants/live music/ things to do. We're thinking of staying for 4 nights. Also, any advice on buying tickets through the ticket exchange? I was going to hold off for the time being. Thanks in advance.
I'll be heading up.

It's Halloween weekend so hotels were kind of pricey. It is a very, very fun city. I would definitely suggest going if you can. We got our tickets from ticket monster, located under the BBI SHOP tag above. Few dollars cheaper than stub hub, and helps Eric.
Will be in Vegas that weekend

at least once just because it's so different from every other city.

Bill Simmons did a great article (linked below) when he was sent there to cover the 2002 Super Bowl that coincided with the start of Mardi Gras. I thought he did a great job of describing the vibe and spirit of NO.

I have to imagine that Halloween there would be crazy and bizarre (in a mostly good way).

I've been there a few times on business trips, and one thing I always wanted to do but couldn't manage the time for was a swamp tour. Something you may want to look into depending on your interests.

Enjoy
