If Eli can keep getting the ball out quickly and be turnover free, the Giants have a great chance to win.

If Kaepernick (sp) can be bottled up in the pocket and forced to make tight throws, there's a good chance his be responsible for multiple turnovers.

Is this the week we see more frequent and more creative blitz from Spags to make up for Ayers, Selvie and Kennard being out?

...Staley was held out of practice for the third straight day, and Boone remained limited. The 49ers don't have much choice but to bring them east and hope for the best, because the rest of their OL roster is a raging dumpster fire.

As big a gut punch as Beatty's injury was for the Giants, losing Davis to retirement and Iupati to free agency probably hurt the Niners more.
