This kind of surprised me. The Eagles have a positive +/- in points so I don't think they're as bad as has sometimes been suggested. But ranked 4th in the NFL? If that's anywhere near accurate, may be a tougher game even than thought. Then again, it's ESPN so who knows. They do provide some explanation for why they rank the Eagles that high.

What does the Eagles doing that against us last year have to do with them being totally overranked in some poll?
Pre-season included? CHECK
Vegas odds? CHECK
"Expert" panel opinions? CHECK
What I find interesting right now is that there are 19 teams with losing records in the NFL right now and only 13 with winning records -- if you are what your record says you are then the Giants are in a 4 way tie for 9th place and are probably should be placed in the range of 9-13
The Eagles have some good players especially on defense -- but with Bradford at QB and that O-Line - I'm afraid that 8th place is laughable -- ESPN has it wrong - the NFL is a passing league not a defensive league
