Q: How do you guys bounce back?

A: Only with a win.

Q: Excuse me?

A: You said how do you bounce back from last week? Only with a win. I think you’ve got to go out and get this one. The things that come along with a win, as far as our division, and trying to get back to where we want to be. So I think that’s definitely the biggest thing.

Q: As a veteran, what was it like to have to sit through that film and watch it?

A: I went to the bathroom. It’s hard. It’s real hard. Especially when so much is self-inflicted. Eight games in, you want to have your communication and everything down (pat). You’ve just got to keep going and get it right.

Q: When you’re out there, are you going, ‘What the hell is going on’?

A: Yeah, kinda. You’re playing but when you get back to the sideline and try to get the corrections and understand what’s going on, but it was tough. It seemed like they wanted to do whatever they wanted and we had no answer, so it was definitely tough playing the game.

Q: What do you take from that? How do you move forward? What do you do to correct that at this point?

A: I don’t think you can go no worse than that. In a 16-game season, I think you’re going to have a game somewhat like that, I don’t know as bad, but I know you’re going to have a bad game, so hopefully that was it. You’ve just got to move on from it. You can’t let that game beat you, so you have to get it out of your system real fast.

Q: What do you see of Jameis Winston on film? How has he improved?

A: A lot. They’re on fire right now, putting up almost 450 yards per game. A guy that definitely has a strong arm and has targets that he can get the ball to. Going to run the ball a little bit just to get him. He’s still young, but I like him for just throwing the ball and getting it down field.

Q: Even he admits that he’s no Drew Brees.

A: No. No.

Q: Would you think it’ll be a little easier to fool him on some things?

A: I hope because he’s young, but I mean he’s put up some good numbers this year and he’s a first round overall pick. He definitely has some stuff about himself or he definitely wouldn’t have been that. You can’t take him lightly. You can take advantage of that [because] he hasn’t seen all the pressures and things of that nature and try to come after him.
