Their D-line is the only unit I fear on that team. Now the butt fumbler is playing QB..what do they expect?

We're overdue to play well vs them and we'll win the Week 17 matchup and take the NFC East crown.

It's pathetic how the Giants
RForlan789 : 11/22/2015 4:29 pm : link
continue to lose to these pussies time and time again, Is it Coughlin's stubbornness or just bad coaching by Macado who can't make an adjustment for his life? The Eagles suck, they aren't even mediocre. They're a bunch bunch but they always out smart and out muscle our stupid moronic squad.

This just pisses me off as a fan of the Giants. Chip kelly is an overrated coach and we give this loser 2 wins a year. It just is sickening watch teams do what they should against the Eagles, 45-17??? We should be blowing them out like that ever single game. How come a rookie QB can throw 5 TDs against their soft defense but ours can't?? I'll be waiting for a boring answer about matchups and how our right side of our line gets destroyed!!!
5-1 post bye gets us the division.

As real as O'Brien's. It's all posturing until the season is over. I doubt Lurie is going to let Chip leave or fire him after he just gave him all the power in the organization.
Dallas has to play Washington twice
Bramton1 : 11/22/2015 5:33 pm : link
And the Redskins are good for one win against the Cowboys a year.

Beat the Redskins and the Cowboys lose to Panthers and neither is much of a threat after that.

love on this forum nobody can deny that Carolina is a superior team, and it isn't even close.

I respect Dallas' OL, but even that hasn't performed as expected.

We shouldn't be worrying about those clowns squeeking by Miami. We should be worrying about beating Washington.

I heard a rumor on Saturday from a credible source that Maryland (and Under Arrmour) have a new head coach lined up who will be making around $6 million per year. I'm guessing that kind of cash is for a big name and Chip and O'Brien are both on top of their list.

Maybe the coach from Memphis? I highly doubt Kelly or O'brien would go there. If they go back, it'll be to a major program like USC, Texas, or (as Gary Danielson said yesterday on CBS) maybe LSU.

I've heard rumors along the same line as Pete, that they are locked in and something will happen in the next few weeks. I actually read the words of an educated guesser say "straight coach stealin'" which means no O'Brien.

An interesting name along those lines is Dan Mullen of Mississippi State. Really good coach, second-tier program in the SEC, shitty Adidas deal.

He's not going to be forced out. Lurie gave him a fortune and total control. He's not eating that contract. He could however slink back to college. Personally I think he's going to try one more time to get a QB that can run his system.

Fuente probably wouldn't cost that much. He only makes $1.4M right now. I agree that Kelly is a long shot for Maryland but O'Brien not as much (he's a former assistant who apparently thinks highly of the school). Dan Mullen could be the guy. He makes sense for a bunch of reasons.

It wouldn't take much for a Meltdown in NY to occur
DavidinBMNY : 11/23/2015 1:26 pm : link
We're just removed from it because the team was on bye and Eagles and Washington lost.

Seriously. The Meltdown in NY has been years in the making, we're just more used to it by now.

That said with all the moves the Eagles made, I get the angst and certainly aren't losing any sleep over it.

I'd rather have energy spent towards seeing if the NYG can get it together for a stretch run.

Wrong; our coaching staff is top of the line. Our incompetent front office, the exact opposite, or else we would have won a lot more titles with TC and Eli. Bad drafts and FA signings, once the SB personnel had to be replaced killed this 'dynasty' capable team. Who is responsible ? One is a family member and the other is untouchable apparently ? IMO.

I can see your point for the last two years. The team is good enough to win the division this year with the state of the division. I want to see them finish this out, not making the playoffs 5 out of 6 years with Eli here is not acceptable. I don't want this getting to 6 out of 7.

the Giants last game in Philly in October.

Be happy about a meltdown all you want, we still likely have to beat them the last game of season to move onto Playoffs.

Confident?
