I've read that doctors, dentists, vets, and cops are at the top of the list because they're simply better at suicide. Cops have guns and the other groups are medical professionals who are a lot less likely to just grab a random bunch of pills. Also remember that many of these (and particularly dentists) also have the stress of being small business owners.
