Actually, the Giants have a pretty good record with reclamation projects (see Collins, Kerry). But I don't see them going after Manziel. It'd be like:
Giants: "We'll take Johnny Manziel off your hands for a first-rounder."
Browns: "YOU'LL GIVE US YOUR FIRST-ROUNDER FOR JOHNNY MANZIEL? DONE!!!"
