Nitro : 11/25/2015 4:55 pm
For those of you that don't know, they were the band playing at the Bataclan during the Paris Attack.

Pretty heavy, but worth watching.

Jesse Hughes is going to need some time and maybe some therapy. That was a very difficult thing to go through. I wish then the best.
Kind of feel sorry for those guys ...

but, it is not their fault - they got thrown into the international spot light because a bunch of murdering criminals ... happened to choose their show/venue to kill.

that came to mind when I read it was EoDM (might have posted it sometime prior):

Josh Homme the lead singer went thru an MRSA / botched surgery scare prior to writing QOTSA's 2013 Like Clockwork album. Supposedly he was bed ridden for 3 months, then with MRSA couldn't get back / write for 2 years...and "Like Clockwork" was the culmination of that experience. FWIW there's a ton of great stuff on that record, the obvious badass track being "My God is the Sun"

And the holy shit sidenote...

I hadn't seen the vid b4. I dunno if it was intentional in the songwriting but there's a pretty big WTC visual in there esp at the end. Possibly coincidence but just noticed it...would give the lyrics some legit meaning
