http://www.ustvnow.com/ will be broadcasting it. The basic over the air subscription is free. They show FoxPhilly and luckily the Eagles already played so they went with NYG/WAS

Thanks! Great tip for overseas viewers for myself. Free and hopefully HD so I can plug my laptop into the TV HDMI portal...
Should be just like a broadcast so long as my internet doesn't crash, no?
... But check to make sure you can actually stream. The site will try to block US locations.
I'm in Europe, so I can access all the features. The Fox stream seems really bad on their mobile site. I'll probably go to a bar with Sky Sports 2. Still, the tip is much appreciated.
For audio-only, the Redskins' station (ESPN 980) streams well.

Thanks. Just tested, and it does work for me for now.
You are out of the country and should be able to stream the game in HD using this. Maybe it is not available in Israel?
I have watch the Giants using this service having set up an IP address which shows I am not in the US. The picture is close to broadcast HD quality for me.

Isn't NFL gamepass a "pay for" service? what fun is that? The whole idea is for free...
