I don't care who runs the draft. Reese is the head of all player personal moves. He gets the final say. He needs to be held accountable.
Schwartz and Beason are both good players who can't stay healthy. You can argue that he should have had more depth behind them, but they are both talented when they are playing.
To me John Mara is shaped by two contradictory forces. He remembers the failure of the 70s. He knows his father held on to people well beyond their talent and usefulness out of loyalty and is determined not to make those mistakes. At the same time hie is influenced by his love and respect of his father and how he conducted himself as a man and owner. As a result I think there will be more half measures as he tries to find balance between the two poles.

Between contracts to players that have had injury history, to Beatty's contract, big misses in rounds past #1. We have filled roster with special team players, and guys from other teams that were just plain awful.
bring in a new strength/conditioning staff with an emphasis on preventing injuries. If they do that, and the team still leads the league in injuries in 2016, I'll be shocked.
