I totally agree. Even if true I think it would be hard to convict him of attempted rape. The bigger issue is that she was supposedly hit by the car and had to go to the hospital for injuries. That could be attempted murder. Especially at a hotel with cameras. That could be a much much bigger problem.
Given the reporting so far, I'm going to wait for more details and facts to emerge before casting any opinions. If true, punish him to the full extent of the law. But there's also a whole lot of crazy out there in the world as well.

Seems kind of weird based on this update. If a guy just tried to rape you and you're obviously upset about that... why are you trying to get him to give you a ride home?! What the hell?
