I'm only 34 but the other day at work I gave the 20-somethimgs a good laugh when I asked if anyone had heard about "Neil DeGrasse Tyson and his little war of words with some rapper named B.O.B" in relation to the latter claiming the world was flat and that the idea of it being a sphere was a conspiracy theory propagated by the Masons/Illuminati. The fact that I didn't know who BOB, as well as a bunch of other rappers were, literally caused a handful of people to laugh out loud. Oh well. Also apparently laugh-worthy is that I don't have a Twitter/Instagram/snapchat account and that I only use my cell phone for making phone calls.
For me it's celebrities. My wife and the women at my job can't seem to stop paying attention to who is saying who and which actress is wearing what. When they mention names I realize that I've never even heard of these people. Don't give a shit about celebrities or their personal lives.
Also don't really care about football players personal lives either
I tried to get interested, but it seemed like too much work. And I don't like
the idea that it would force me to root for or against players on teams I would normally not root for or against. So I just keep out of it.
I honestly couldn't name 10 players after Lebron, Curry and Wade. Just stopped following after the late 90s. Same goes for pop music/rap after early 90s and any video games made after the early 90s.
I know just about squat about gambling. Someone approached me at work with some Super Bowl bets they had going on - beyond the basic boxes, I was completely lost.
Not any better at cards, either, although I can get by in a game of blackjack.

Were you on Shadow's MIT Blackjack team?
Sadly, all of my imaginary degrees came from Europe

That's a good mention. I know nothing of poker vernacular, though I do think a lot of it makes no sense -- some of the slang actually has more syllables than the word it replaces. "Knock the table" instead of stand? It's shorter to say stand.
Fashion. Jeans and a T-Shirt for me.

It would all be imagination and guessing.

Seriously? You know "nothing" about TV?
